Meet the art committee team

The Dakar Women’s Group brings you our 20th annual Art Show. This group of committed volunteers have been working tirelessly for months to connect with local artists, select participants from many talented applicants, and curate the art to bring you this wonderful show. Volunteers have brought diverse skills to the aid of this committee, including such things as web design and development skills, accounting acumen to social media savvy to photography genius to charm and charisma in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles. No matter what the task, their dedication to the artist community in Senegal drove these women to get the job done. To put on such a show requires an enormous amount of work. As a wise woman, Helen Keller once said, "Alone, we can do so little. Together, we can do so much." We are here to support artists in Senegal and contribute to DWG charities.
